DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
The responsibility for personal data voluntarily provided and processed following consultation of the site is attributed to Consorzio RIAV (contact e-mail address: info@riav.it), with headquarters at Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, the legal entity of Rete Innovativa Alimentare Veneto – RIAV.
Consorzio RIAV, as the Data Controller, processes personal data not only for the purpose of optimizing site usage but also for the purposes established by the Rete Innovativa Alimentare Veneto – RIAV Statute, particularly concerning projects presented under regional calls and related initiatives.
Data Processor for IT of personal data via the website www.riav.it has been designated, pursuant to Arts. 28-29 of the GDPR, as DIAMENTE S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the web site and, as a provider, via another entity (supplier to the mentioned company), provides hosting services for the site, including technical assistance, back-up services, and implementation of adequate security measures (physical-environmental and logical) on personal data, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND SECURITY MEASURES
The “authorized-designated” staff of Consorzio RIAV, as the Data Controller, as well as DIAMENTE S.r.l., as the IT Data Processor, will manage and store the personal data collected through the use of the site and its various functions requested by the user, using automated and/or paper tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily provided by the user.
In no case will the data be disseminated, nor may it be used for personal profiling of the user.
Specific security measures, as required by Art. 32 of the GDPR, including the adoption of antivirus software updated daily, are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Users are reminded, in addition to the antivirus systems adopted by the site operator, to equip their workstations with adequate virus prevention and scanning systems.
