1. Data Controller and Data Processor
The website www.riav.it (the “Site”) is managed by Consorzio RIAV, which assumes the role of Data Controller of the personal data found there (headquartered at Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, contact e-mail address info@riav.it).
Data Processor for the processing of personal data via the Site, as per Arts. 28-29 of the GDPR, is DIAMENTE S.r.l., with registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the Site and, through another entity (the supplier of the mentioned company), provides hosting services for the Site, including technical support, back-up services, and implementation of adequate security measures (physical-environmental and logical) on personal data, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
2. Cookies used
The Site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view its pages. 2.1 Site Operator’s Cookies
Among those highlighted above, the Site operator uses “technical” cookies, defined as those used solely to “transmit a communication over an electronic communications network or, to the extent strictly necessary for the service provider of the information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such a service” (Art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).

2.2 Third-party Cookies
There are analytics cookies sent from domains of third parties external to the Site, used to collect information on how the Site is used by users anonymously, such as pages visited, time spent, traffic sources, geographical origin, age, gender, and interests for marketing campaigns.

3. Installation/uninstallation of cookies: Browser options
Users can oppose the recording of cookies on their device by configuring the browser used for browsing. If users access the Site without changing the browser settings, it is assumed that they intend to receive all the cookies used by the Site and enjoy all functionalities.
