Project Title: RIAV Consortium – Project to support the management and operation of Regional Clusters

The Project:

The goal of the project is to continue to contribute to the development and consolidation of companies in the agribusiness sector by pursuing the trajectories of the Intelligent Specialization Strategy (S3) intersected by the activities of the network. Specifically, our cluster aims, through an intensive program of activities, to strengthen:

the consolidation of the governance and management of the RIR;
networking opportunities to foster synergies and new partnerships;
the network’s communication to reach more stakeholders;
its own performance through monitoring the actions carried out;
the services offered to partner enterprises;
the training and transfer of new skills;
collaboration with international and national systems;
internationalization.
